Dr. Tyler Day and Dental staff were very kind , efficient and helpful to me… Pulled my tooth and had me in & out with my prescription in hand. Did not have to wait pharmacy was right there. He educated me and made me feel welcome, Im very thankful.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR WOMEN HEALTH UNLESS U HAVE NO OTHER OPTION. unprofessional and uncomplete work. Silvia dunn was my provider and she messed up my prescriptions multiple times. Would not recommend if youre looking for birth control or OBGYN care.

The woman that checked me in today was very nice . As well as the I believe the pct and Physician Assistant. However, I do not want to fully name drop but a particular nurse practitioner was not so helpful. Although she did offer services for my condition, but she was not truly interested in what I was stating about my situation, when I mentioned certain things are not normal in any ones lifestyle , she blanking downplayed my issues. Stating “it’s normal, “y'all” just don’t think it is”. Once I had given her an example of the situation she then stated that is abnormal after all but when I said I do not have normal xyz she then continues to ask what’s normal for me when I literally stated I do not have normal xyz. I gave her would typically be normal for me , which is completely rare. Furthermore, as I was telling her all of my symptoms she would cut me off or state the full medical term out loud as I’m trying to recall all symptoms that I have been dealing. I was trying to ensure all details so I could finally get the proper care that I need. I wanted to continue my appointment today , but after I noticed she was blankly down playing my situation ,I left. I no longer felt comfort

i dropped my FMLA papers off january 6th 2025 on february 6th 2025 it took me coming up here to get my papers after one whole month i had called numerous times and showed up before telling me they were not done each time or when i call they would send me to another line and go straight to voicemail. i had called and showed up AFTER the 16th of January… which is when my papers are dated stating that it was when they signed it.. this drs office was rude and because of me coming up there and calling so many times bc they were not done they literally BACK dated to cover their own. i will emphasize the fact i showed up AND called after the 16th and was told it wasn’t done. they lied to me. no matter how many times i called or showed up i was told they weren’t done. i asked for them to call me when it was done but they never did. i believe this is one of the most unprofessional doctors office i have ever visited. they are unprofessional and not proficient enough when it comes to getting stuff done in a timely manner. i was told i would have it within 10-14 business days. i hope this establishment reads this review because of your lack of concern and professionalism you have cost me my jo

Staff are prompt to check you in, wait times have been short. I like that they cover so many services in this location. They also have sister locations nearby for other services, like mammograms. There seems to be turnaround for office / location moves for doctors often. I just wouldn't get attached to a PCP unless you are willing/able to move with them.
